The Skin You're In

Hi Everyone,

The integumentary system is interesting and is our first line of defense. We must protect our skin in return. Do you remember the A, B, C, D and E of melanoma and skin cancer? We'll talk more tomorrow.

Reminders for PARENTS - Please call if you were unable to come to "Back to School Night". I will be happy to speak with you on the phone, or better yet, meet you in person. Also, please be sure your son or daughter has brought their vaccination and immunization information in to me. All students have been reminded there is no gum chewing in class. This is preparation for the community classroom experience.

The nobel prize announcement is right around the corner! Be prepared for the 20 points of credit for bringing the name(s) of the winner of the Nobel prize for Medicine/Physics.
